2bet Terms and Conditions – What Every Pakistani Player Needs to Know

1Introduction

Welcome to 2bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and 2bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing 2bet, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the 2bet platform, including sports betting, live casino games, online slots, crash games, virtual sports, and the 2bet VIP Club programme. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 2bet and should close your account immediately.

We have written these Terms in straightforward English so that every Pakistani player understands their rights and responsibilities without needing a lawyer to interpret them. 2Eligibility

To register and use a 2bet account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and maintain them throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 2bet operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any stage and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in account suspension.
• You are a resident of Pakistan or are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 2bet or any associated game provider.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 2bet account. One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You understand that betting and gambling involves risk of financial loss and you accept that risk voluntarily.

2bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point by requesting identity documents including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or other reasonable documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or permanently closed.

3Account Registration

Registration on 2bet is free. You will be asked to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and other basic details during registration. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.

• You must use your real name as it appears on your CNIC. Fictitious names or deliberately misleading information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Your 2bet account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or allow any third party to access or operate your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify 2bet support immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp.
• You may not register more than one 2bet account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided.
• By registering, you confirm that you are not self-excluded from any betting platform and that you have no outstanding obligations that would prohibit you from using betting services.

4Deposits and Payments

2bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All wallet balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR with no currency conversion required. The following payment methods are accepted:

• The minimum deposit on 2bet is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit, however large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your 2bet wallet instantly in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside 2bet's control.
• You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.
• 2bet does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are not 2bet's responsibility.
• Deposits made via credit cards or borrowed funds to fund gambling activity are strongly discouraged. 2bet encourages responsible financial behaviour.

5Withdrawals

2bet processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, typically within 1–4 hours for verified accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your 2bet account. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze Rs 50,000 / Silver Rs 1,00,000 / Gold Rs 2,50,000 / Platinum Rs 5,00,000 / Diamond: unlimited.
• Withdrawals of funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered once may be subject to a processing review. This applies to withdrawal requests that appear to constitute deposit-withdraw cycles without genuine betting activity.
• 2bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 1,00,000. This is a standard compliance requirement and not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before processing commences. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
• In cases where a bonus has been claimed, the bonus wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus component of the balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits can generally be withdrawn independently, subject to the conditions above.

6Bonuses and Promotions

2bet regularly offers bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP Club rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) applies to most bonuses. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 2bet is 10x the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.
• Bonus funds contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates depending on the game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute at the rate stated in the individual promotion. Live casino table bets may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 2bet VIP Club cashback, as specified in the VIP programme terms, carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable once credited to your wallet.
• 2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right will not be exercised in a way that unfairly disadvantages players who are in the process of meeting active wagering requirements at the time of any change.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 2bet. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and take precedence in the case of any conflict with these general rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds fluctuate in real time and 2bet is not responsible for changes occurring between a player's intention to bet and successful placement confirmation.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Do not assume a bet is placed until confirmation is displayed.
• Bets placed on events that have already started may be voided at 2bet's discretion unless in-play betting on that specific event is explicitly offered and enabled.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — such as a pricing error that results in odds significantly different from the true market — 2bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and refund the stake.
• For abandoned matches or events not completed per standard rules, 2bet follows the industry-standard settlement rules for that sport. Details are available in the platform's sports rules section.
• 2bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account, including accounts belonging to professional bettors or those suspected of arbitrage activity, without explanation.

8Casino and Slots

All casino games on 2bet, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports, use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live-streamed real-world outcomes. The following rules apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG processes and are not influenced by 2bet staff, the player's previous activity, account balance, or any external factor.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. This applies to connectivity issues, server errors, and game software malfunctions.
• Progressive jackpots are funded by contributions from bets placed across the game network. Jackpot wins are paid in full to the winning player's 2bet PKR wallet. Jackpot values shown are estimates and may differ slightly from the final paid amount at the moment of the win.
• Live dealer game rules follow the physical rules of the relevant table game. In the event of a dispute with a live dealer outcome, the recorded video feed serves as the definitive record for settlement purposes.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2bet and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potentially legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with 2bet without explicit written permission.
• Operating more than one 2bet account, or assisting another person to operate a duplicate account.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including sharing hole cards in live dealer games or coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or glitches. If you discover a bug affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, you are obligated to report it to 2bet support immediately. Exploitation of known bugs is fraud.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine betting activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.
• Placing bets on events where you have any privileged inside information, including match-fixing activity.

10Account Suspension and Closure

2bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious betting activity, including patterns consistent with arbitrage, match fixing, or automated play.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder, or a third-party responsible gambling request supported by appropriate documentation.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 after the 12-month threshold. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are unambiguously not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the deposit source where practically possible.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting 2bet support with relevant supporting information. All appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

11Responsible Gaming

2bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani members. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 2bet members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you deposit into your 2bet account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you of how long you have been active on 2bet.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined time period. Once reached, betting is paused until the limit period resets.

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the 2bet platform lawfully.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the 2bet platform — including but not limited to the 2bet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 2bet or is used under license from third-party rights holders.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 2bet content without prior written permission.
• The 2bet name and logo may not be used in any context that implies an official affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Accessing 2bet content for the purpose of building competing products or services is strictly prohibited.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 2bet is not liable for any loss of profits, data, opportunity, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• 2bet is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Gambling winnings and losses are the sole financial responsibility of the player. 2bet does not guarantee any outcome or return on bets placed.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on 2bet's part.

15Amendments to Terms

2bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify active members via email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of 2bet after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Account closure requests should be submitted via Live Chat or email to our support team.
